Your Word – Watch What You Say

Every culture has its sayings, expressions that are intended to convey a bit of wisdom for life situations that occur frequently. For example, if you try advise someone and they do not change their behavior, you might say, “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make them drink.” Then there are other phrases, a bit more modern, that I hear on a regular basis that appear to be harmless little anecdotes, but in essence are the means by which we sabotage ourselves without even realizing it.

One such phrase, which I hear all too often, is, “It’s always something.” It is normally uttered, in a tone of defeat, when something unexpected and undesirable occurs. Let me begin by saying that it is not always something; if it were then life would be a constant stream of mishaps and we would probably say it’s never anything when things went smoothly. So when you go through life using that phrase when something happens, you are welcoming in such unwanted occurrences.

Delete is from your vocabulary and when someone else says it, reply,no it isn’t. If you can’t verbally contradict what someone else says then at least think it to yourself. This will free you of the mindset that you are a walking potential victim just waiting for something to wrong in your life and will allow you to adopt the belief that all is well and will continue to be.

The next little ditty I hear very often is, “With my luck.” To begin with, allow me to explain that there is no such thing as luck. There are events that occur as a result of the thoughts and beliefs that you create and send out into the universe. Those whose lives go well are those that go through each day with the belief that their life will go well.

I am not implying that they wake up each morning and say to themselves that their life will go well, but it is a belief in progress and success rather than failure and unfortunate circumstances. By uttering, with my luck, you are allowing life to send you, what you consider, unlucky events. Delete that phrase from your vocabulary too and understand that when you hear someone else using it, they are making themselves into a helpless, luckless victim and welcoming in circumstances they do not want.

We must be careful what we say, because our words are powerful.  It is written, ‘In the beginning, there was the word’. From that word came all of creation and from your word comes what you create, so if you desire something in your life, don’t say that it will never happen, because you will ensure that it never does. If you wish to make a change in your life, don’t say that you cannot do it or you will find that you cannot. We can create what we desire by believing it will happen and thinking as though it already has.

If you want to achieve any goal you must make it a reality in your mind. Once I decided it was time to move to a new apartment. I thought about my requirements, what was absolutely essential. The new apartment would be on the third or fourth floor and have a balcony. That was absolute. A dishwasher would also be a plus. I looked at all the possible rentals in the area and left my name with the ones I was considering. Just at the appropriate time I got a call from the manager of my first choice building, saying that they had an apartment on the fourth floor with a balcony and a dishwasher. The apartment was completely refurbished and the rent was reasonable. And here I sit.

So it is not just that I am lucky, but I expect my life to proceed seamlessly and effortlessly and it does. That is why I always say, life is good, all is well.

Reiki – Clear the Space

Charging a room or space with Reiki is an excellent way to clear any unwanted energy from the area and raise the vibration of the energy in the room. You can add Reiki energy in whatever environment you find yourself and if you have Reiki II you can also send Reiki to distant places. So let’s begin with the basic techniques of putting Reiki into a room or space. Before we proceed, let us remember that when doing Reiki what is most important is your intention. So when you set out to clear a space with Reiki energy, clearly set your intention that it will be so and it will.

Now we are ready to begin. I suggest always clearing your own chakras first with whatever symbol you feel is appropriate. You can do this by placing the symbol over each chakra and saying its name three times. The most basic technique for charging a room with Reiki energy is to draw Reiki symbols, three times each, first on the ceiling, then the floor and then on all four walls, repeating the name of the symbols as you draw it. You might immediately feel the energy of the room changing, if you do not, do not assume that no change has occurred. Because your intention was to clear the room and raise the vibration, it has occurred. If there are other people in the space you wish to clear and you do not feel comfortable performing the above technique, you can also clear the space by imagining the Reiki symbols and drawing them with your eyes and silent saying the names of the symbols as you do.

I prefer using a technique I developed called the Reiki Bubble. I just imagine a big bubble, as large as necessary, filled with Reiki and Reiki symbols. For example, if I want to put Reiki energy around myself I just say Reiki Bubble and visualize myself completely enclosed in a lovely, protective, clearing bubble of Reiki energy. You can use the Reiki Bubble to surround a whole room, a building, a city, a state, the world and even out into the Universe. You can also use the name of the system of Reiki to which you are attuned along with the bubble as in Merkeba Reiki Bubble.

If you wish to add Reiki energy to rooms in your house you may also draw Reiki symbols on paper and place them in books on a book shelf or tape them to the back of pictures you have hanging on your wall. Place them under plants, lamps, electronic devices, in the kitchen pantry and even in the refrigerator. You will raise the energy everywhere you place the symbols. I bought small cedar blocks, which are normally used in drawers and closets, and drew a Reiki symbol on each piece. When I do Reiki I bring them out and arrange them around me to add more Reiki energy. As soon as I open the small wooden box in which I keep them, I can feel the Reiki vibration.

Start filling the world with Reiki and soon you will find that you leave Reiki wherever you go.

You Are Your Own Spiritual Teacher

Those of us who have embarked on the spiritual journey have, more often than not, had teachers, taken classes, gone to seminars and learned many techniques that have been helpful in facilitating our participation in Conscious Human Evolution. Humanity is approaching the end of the dualistic Third Dimensional era in which it has existed and transforming into the Crystalline Era of its development. It is an exciting, wonderful time for those of us who are aware of what is happening on Earth and consciously striving for a graceful transition into the higher realms.

What this means is that everything is changing very rapidly. The Earth, our bodies and minds are adapting to the next phase of human development. Whether or not you choose to participate is irrelevant, because there is no choice. Eventually you must experience the transition, transmutation and transformation of life moving into a Fifth Dimensional consciousness.

There are no guidebooks or manuals and there is no one who can tell you how to make the journey, which is part of the beauty of the rite of passage. There are no traditions or handed down ceremonies, each one of us must learn what steps to take on our own. We are our own spiritual teachers, floating on an iceberg that broke of the glacier, stranded on a desert island in the middle of the ocean and wandering in an infinite wilderness without a compass.

But all is not lost, however, in fact we are less alone that when we had teachers and gurus telling us what to believe and how to proceed. They are only sharing what they have learned on their path, but that path is not yours. They do not know what is best for us, and in spite of their loving intentions, they are keeping us from finding our own way and that is something we all must do. There is only one way for each of us to proceed off the iceberg, away from the island and out of the wilderness and the only being that knows that path is YOU. Your higher self knows how to proceed, how to find answers to the unanswerable, how to find your way when impossibly lost and how to move from hopelessness to bliss.

With that said, it might be prudent to start listening to the guidance that is your birthright and the way to do this is to stop listening to everything else. I am not suggesting that you turn your back on the world, but understand that you are an observer and an onlooker. You will not gain wisdom from the goings on of others, but from quieting your mind and listening. There is a dialogue going on between your higher self and what you call YOU, the self that has been created from the time you incarnated into this lifetime. Everything that is happening right now in your life is a message for you, a lesson to show you whether you are making beneficial decisions or those that will cause you to encounter resistance.

What you can learn from others are tools to make your journey easier. Whether it be mediation, Yoga, Reiki, dowsing, Platonic Solids or crystals, to name a few and there are many more; if you feel drawn to learning or participating in one of these areas, it is meant for you, to make the process easier.

What I have noticed, in my pursuits of gaining knowledge form others is that we tend to look for someone to do the job for us. That will not happen. There is no New Age pill that you can take and all of a sudden you are in Nirvana. It is a process and you are your own teacher, no one else’s and no one else is your teacher when it comes to your own spiritual growth. If you follow someone else, you will find that you have to find your way back on your own and end up where you began, no farther. So stop for a moment and begin a dialogue with yourself and keep it going forever and you will find that all the answers to all your questions are there for you and always have been. Then you will know that life is good, and all is well.

Your thoughts become a tangled ball of yarn, throughout your life, until you gain awareness. Then, thread-by-thread, carefully and patiently you begin to untangle the threads and weave them into a beautiful scarf, which will keep you warm and comfortable and make your life better. Living a Divine Life

We are here on earth to live a Divine Life.  Does it sound like a fairy tale? Perhaps it seems so far away that it will never be part of our reality in this day and age and instead must be classified as a state of mind only available to mystics and men sitting in caves in the Himalayas or on mountain tops in Peru.  However, a Divine Life is our legacy and the only thing that stands between living it and not, is our vibration.  No matter what kind of life you have had up until this moment, your Divine Life can start right now and you don’t even have to move to a cave; you can stay right where you are.  The first step is to believe that it is possible to live a Divine Life and then you must have the intention make it your own.  See that was easy, now wasn’t it?  You have already gotten over the biggest hurdle of all, changing what you belief.

Living a Divine Life begins with how you view and treat yourself.  Just the same way you receive oxygen on an airplane before helping someone else; you must love and honor yourself in all aspects of your life, not allowing even one moment or action to compromise the integrity of the standard of excellence you have established for your life.  Begin by showing gratitude for what you have, loving your life and those in it, loving your body and all the activities that fill your day.  When you do this, you are ensuring that your life will always be lifted to the quality that you desire.  Love your job, it provides you with the money that supports your lifestyle.  Love your friends; they are the mirrors in which you can see your character.  Love your enemies; they teach you lessons and allow you to remain steadfast in your values.  Love yourself for living a Divine Life.

To live a Divine Life one must embrace the concept of Divinity and the way that it manifests in everyday life.  First, understand that we are all connected or simply put; we are all in this together.  Each of us is just as important and essential to life as everyone else, so we must give each person the same Love and respect.  That is the essence of Divinity, to see that everything that exists is an expression and a reflection of the Divine.  Therefore to continue living a Divine Life, look upon everything with Love.  This means accepting others the way they are and allowing them to fulfill their life’s purpose, just as you do yours.  At times this can be extremely difficult especially when you have the desire to help someone because you have already learned what they have not, but do not attempt to impose your wisdom on others.  Instead, be an example.  Be a bringer of light and shine your light so that others will know that there is a light.  When this happens they will have the opportunity to look at those who shine, and learn that life is an occasion and we must rise to it.

Living a Divine Life means accepting everyone without judgment, criticism or ridicule.  That could have been you at another time on your journey.  Just because you have gone farther, doesn’t mean you are better or wiser, it is only an indication of the vibration of your being at the moment.  There are other moments when your vibration might have been much different and in other simultaneously existing dimensions, things might be even be much different.  When living a Divine life your thoughts towards others ought to remain positive, uplifting and impeccable, just the same as your words must.  Changing judgmental, assumptive thoughts, which result from living in a competitive society where everyone is expected to give up their identity and adopt the beliefs of the culture, can be difficult, but with practice you will find that doing so is refreshing and vitalizing

Perceiving others with Unconditional, Divine Love changes your world and attracts people who are on the same journey as yourself, some are farther along and others by your side, but it is all as it should be.  We live in a universe of infinite possibilities; when you step into a Divine Life, you are stepping out of the very existence you have been criticizing and into the place where life is good and all is well.  You do not see a world of global warming, earthquakes, terrorists and tsunamis, but rather a place of Conscious Human Evolution that sometimes includes events that are completely beyond our rational capability of understanding, but are necessary for the Shift that is occurring.  After all, we live in a Universe that functions perfectly on an infinitely grand scale, so we certainly cannot assume that the events that are occurring here on Earth, which we label catastrophic and life changing for many, will upset the impeccable workings of the Cosmos.  Life is a dance and we must learn to move to the rhythm.

Currently, our mission is to change our thoughts and beliefs to higher vibrating ones that will allow us to let go of the Third Dimensional reality that we have so long embraced and gracefully transition into the Fifth Dimensional aspect of ourselves, a transition that is inevitable, in process and must not be postponed for another day.  Begin to look at the world, not a place that is damaged and populated by ignorant people who should be criticized, but rather as a place of wonder and perfection filled with plants, animals, minerals and humans that are all on the same guided, evolutionary path right here on Mother Earth.  See the beauty in everyone.  Each person was once a little baby that was cooed and cuddled and that being is still inside that body with a perfect, loving spirit just like yours.

You may have heard the expression, from the bottom of my heart. There is wisdom in many old sayings and this one is no exception.  In a place near the bottom of your physical heart there is a chamber wherein resides the brain of your spiritual heart.  This brain is wise beyond comparison to the brain in your head, for it only knows truth.  Place your hand at the bottom of your heart and become acquainted with the most sacred spot of your being, the spot where your most profound and deepest emotions are felt, the resting place of your soul and the chamber of divinity within you.  Feel the Unconditional Love emanate from this place, forming a bubble that reaches into the multidimensional aspects of your being.  Whenever you wish, throughout your daily journey, recreate this bubble and make it your intention to be surrounded by the energy of Unconditional Love that you have just now created.  When you exist within the resonance of Unconditional Love, then you are living a Divine Life.
