Shifts- Strange Things Are Happening
Strange things are happening. Changes are occurring; people are disappearing from one vibration and re-appearing in another, shifting to other points on the electromagnetic grid that defines the energy field of the planet. Each of us occupies an origin point that anchors us into a place we have in this incarnation, but that point is not stationary and can change its location in relation to the levels of the consciousness in which it resides. Our vibration can raise or lower quickly and significantly and too we can raise or lower it in a short period of time; there are some whose vibration was very high and no longer is and others whose vibration keeps lifting towards the higher realms. It is not the sinking or rising of individuals, but it is the energetic place in which we currently reside and the rate at which we are keeping up with the rapidly advancing vibration of humanity here on Earth during this Ascension process.
When planetary shifts occur, there are those who might hold their ground and then find themselves on a different level afterwards. They have not Shifted, rather what is around them has. To simply illustrate, suppose you live in a house high on a hill. You can see everything around you for miles from your home and nothing escapes your view. Then someone comes along and builds houses around your house and your view is blocked. Some of the view still remains, but much of it is gone. You can remain with your view blocked or you can build your house higher to a level that will return the vista you once had.
The same goes for vibratory levels, a vibration can be very high in relation to the vibration of the whole, but if the vibration of that person or thing remains the same and the vibration of the whole increases, then the original vibration is now at a lower level. On the other hand if the vibration of the original person or thing increases with that of the whole, a higher vibratory level is achieved.
The Ascension process is ongoing, never ending and required constant diligence. It is not enough just to learn how to use many of your spiritual skills and believe that you are enlightened. Those tools are helpful, but they are only tools. You will not build a house with only tools; you need the materials to build and the knowledge that will allow you to put it all together. So what is the substance of Ascension and where do we get the knowledge?
We already have everything we need. It was given to us before we came into this world and all we need to do now it to tap into it and reclaim it. We must learn to establish whether or not we resonate with whatever crosses our path and embrace what is meant for us at present. In is an ongoing process and demands constant attention to the NOW.
There are those of us who have chosen to dedicate ourselves to contributing whatever we can to the Ascension process and to us each moment of each day matters. Listen to your inner voice and if you are guided to participate in the process, do not hesitate to begin the fantastic journey to the higher realms. Everyone will make this voyage, but those who approach it with enthusiasm will transition more seamlessly and gracefully. We are blessed to be able to participate in this period of humanity on Earth; it is an amazing, fantastic age…enjoy the magic of it all.

IF I’M SO ENLIGHTENED, WHY AM I WORKING IN A CORPORATE ENVIRONMENT?
This is a question I have asked myself many times and come up with many answers. Shouldn’t I be doing healing work in a serene Wellness Center or offering presentations on personal growth and the Ascension process? Why am I spending my day creating financial reports for corporate forecasting and revenue analysis? Many times I considered seriously pursuing a full time writing career, promoting the books and articles that I love to create. I imagined that I would just get a presentation together and begin lecturing so I could quit my job and enter a career that vibrated at a level more compatible with my own, but then I began to look at my path in life a little more closely.
First of all, my job affords me a very comfortable standard of living. I have been able to buy the books and attend the seminars that have contributed to my spiritual growth. I have been able to set up a lovely web site where I can publish my articles and promote my books, which I had the money to self-publish. So I began to realize that one reason I have this job is so I can do my spiritual work and follow my life’s purpose, without the stress of lack of money attached to it.
Now, back to the job itself, which I truly enjoy; granted there are days when I wake up and would rather stay home and write or sleep a bit longer, but I have fun at work. First of all, my hours are 10am-6:30pm, so I do not encounter traffic on my 30 mile commute in northern New Jersey. I listen to lovely music, either New Age or the soundtracks from Pride and Prejudice, Emma, The Holiday and Miss Potter and the landscape on most of the trip to Parsippany, NJ is lovely. When I arrive I am relaxed and happy. In addition, many of my best ideas for stories and articles come to me while driving, which is why I purchased a Sony voice recorder, with voice recognition, that types my words, with some degree of accuracy, into the computer.
During the day I have the opportunity to speak with many people face to face and on the phone, allowing me to leave them happier than they were before they spoke to me, so in essence I am doing a lot of healing work all day long. I have come to realize that there are many enlightened people working in my corporate environment, many of whom have pleasantly surprised me with inspiring conversations. I have had the opportunity to influence others in different ways as well. Many of the people in my work group have heard me speak of staying positive and have been inspired by my philosophy. They have also become accustomed to my use of natural remedies and have begun following suit, using natural products I have recommended, rather than over the counter chemicals.
I realize that I am doing very important healing work on a daily basis in my current position and I still am able to have time for my beloved writing. Now that wonderful classes such as Metatronic Keys, by Tyberron and Archangel Michael Wisdom Teachings by Ronna Herman, are offering as webinars online, I am able to attend from my home and still be at work on Monday morning. So I have experienced a shift in my original view of why I have a corporate job and now realize that this is a great opportunity to hold light in a place that needs light and in a segment of the population that light workers, such as myself, do not often infiltrate.
My desk at work is a virtual alter. I have crystal grids, a salt lamp, Reiki symbols, in various hidden places, and mandalas on my desktop background. When people step into my cube they always comment on how good the energy feels. This same energy is being sent out into the building and also remotely to those I speak to on the phone each day, transmitting the Fifth Dimensional energy upon which my life is focused to those who may never have access to it. Pretty cool!
There is one more aspect of my job as a Software Analyst that had become apparent to me and that is that it keeps me grounded. I have a tendency to get into the higher realms and stay there, which I certainly cannot do when I am creating calculations for Sales Volume and units sold. So it is a great balance, Ascending into the 5th Dimension and being grounded by my corporate job. To a person like me, who sees the humor in life whenever possible is it a fertile environment for laughter, happiness, brain stimulation and opportunities to heal people each day. I think I am very fortunate and grateful for my life and even if it turns out someday that one of my books is a best seller and I do not work in a corporate environment, I am really glad I do now and I am thankful for the opportunity.
Anatomy of a Shift
Conscious Human Evolution is my primary goal in life. One of the most important steps in this process is releasing unwanted aspects of yourself, by being aware when they surface. So often we recognize an old part of us that pops into our conscious awareness and we quickly push it back down into the depths of our being, even though it no longer serves us. Each one of us has a unique personal evolutionary journey, but there are some jumping off points that are common to almost everyone.
Occasionally we undergo profound, recognizable change as a result of intense experiences that occur in our own lives, either personally or even globally. These transformations are affectionately called Shifts in Ascension lingo. We might get married, change jobs, lose a loved one or learn a new healing modality; all of these events are catalysts in altering our lives forever and all part of the Conscious Human Evolutionary changes that are part of the Ascension process that is currently taking place on Earth.
The more subtle transformative experiences in our everyday lives, the quiet whispers we receive throughout the day, are more easily passed over or brushed aside, causing us to let personal growth opportunities pass though our hands. Recently I had an opportunity that I did act upon and a Shift that occurred which has altered my life significantly. Many times it is not the actual change that is so exciting, but the way the change occurs that makes it so magical. I have recorded the timeline of my shift so it can be seen how one event leads to another and how my efforts helped the process along. After all, we are not just randomly floating though life, we are living a Third Dimensional, Free Will existence here on Earth and our choices help determines the outcomes in our reality. I would wish that by reading my experiences, you might recognize what is happening when it is your turn and hopefully encounter less resistance and more flow.
It all started the weekend of 10-10-10. I signed up for the Earth-Keeper Live Stream video broadcast of the 10-10-10 events in Arkansas. It is wonderful that we are now able to attend these events via the web. Of course it is great being there, but there is something to be said for experiencing them on your comfy sofa in your pajamas. I truly believe that I was just as present as if I had been physically in Arkansas, instead of New Jersey. During the 10-10-10 meditation by Tyberonn, I found myself actually energetically floating above the circle of healers at the event.
Although there was much to be gained by participating in the enlightened energy I was receiving over the weekend, my personal growth came a different way and on a subtle level I understood the added significance of the weekend for me. Very often the energy work that is done during meditations and classes sets the stage for an energy Shift by, shall I say, loosening up stuck issues one might be holding in their energy body.

The 10-10-10 webinar began on Friday. I was at work, but I managed to log in and slip on my headphones throughout the day, allowing me to connect with the wonderful energy emanating from Mt. Magazine, Arkansas.

The MC of the event, Lynne, a person whom I had never seen in this lifetime, captured my attention. She appeared so calm, graceful and serene and I began to wish that I could have more of those attributes in my own life. It occurred to me that I am frequently rushing around, especially in the past few weeks as I am in the process of publishing my second book, Life is Good, all is Well – Everything is Vibration. So I asked my guides and my Higher Self to assist me in the process of becoming a more graceful woman. Now when I ask my guides for assistance, I have learned that I better buckle up and get ready for a ride. This was no exception. Even though Lynne had no idea, or perhaps she did on some level, that she was sparking a profound change in my life, she was the catalyst for what was to become a two week Shift.
As the weekend progressed, I began to examine the issue at hand, why is someone else calm, graceful and serene and why am I all wound up? The answer is simple; I was wound up because I was trying too hard to make things happen the way I wanted them to, instead of letting them flow. Therefore in order to accomplish the same amount, I had to work twice as hard. It occurred to me that working too hard is the same things as not doing enough and you do not necessarily accomplish more. There is a rhythm and flow to life, co-creating occurs in good and perfect time. If we rush and push we are not honoring this flow and whatever we do, create or accomplish will not be brought into our lives at the correct time, thereby minimizing the significance and effectiveness of our efforts. No matter how great our accomplishments, if they are not born at the appropriate time they may end up sitting around waiting for their turn. I already know that when I am moving with the flow of life there is no resistance, but now it was time to do more than know it, I had to start living it.
I decided that I would have to make some changes. As my dear teacher, Ilona Hress states, if you do not see physical changes in your life, then a Shift has not occurred. I work for eight hours a day with computer software and when I get home I grab some food, turn on my computer and begin to write. I have been able to create two books and a website as a result; however it seems a bit obsessive to be spending so much time at the computer. Lately there is a moment when I turn on the computer and it doesn’t seem right to just go from one computer to another, but I let it go since my head gets full with all the information I download each day from my Higher Self.
Note to myself: You bought a voice recorder that types your words automatically into the computer, USE IT!
October 10, 2010 – I relaxed on the sofa, ate and listened to wonderful speakers, not knowing that a storm was brewing as I meditated and allowed higher energy from the webinar to enter my sphere.
October 11, 2010 - I began to relax even more and noticed that I too had become more serene. The plan was working, the Universe had heard me. Thank you, Lynne; you are one of the angels in my life. The world would have to continue spinning and wait for my next article and book, and you know what, it did. I began to honor, nurture and pamper myself with massages, mineral salt baths, lots of sleep and healthy food.
October 12, 2010 – I visited my favorite crystal shop to see if the crystals had felt the increased energy from Arkansas. Life was wonderful and I was basking in my new found divine feminine energy.
October 20, 2010 – Even better, I had an Envisioning Creation class with Ilona Hress and we brought our Fifth Dimensional energy into our physical bodies, more loosening up of stuck energy in the Sacral Chakra and bringing in the fifth Dimensional energy into the physical body. I now felt like the graceful, mellow serene person I admired when I saw Lynne.
As a pendulum swings, surly it returns.
October 21, 2010 – There was an earthquake in Arkansas on 10-10-10 and the aftershock was coming my way. Due to a slight issue concerning the publication process of my book, the next night as the energetic pressure of the forthcoming clearing was building, I was happily driving home from work and suddenly I became so angry. Those who know me would say that this is very uncharacteristic since I am a happy go lucky person 99.999999999% of the time.
October 22, 2010 – I was still angry, but why? At first I blamed it on a minor glitch in the process of the book, which only really required an e-mail to resolve. Then it occurred to me that I wasn’t really angry, but I had to make a change in my life and that one e-mail, that was symbolically allowing me to take control of the situation, was the key. That was my personal lesson. As soon as clicked Send, I wasn’t angry anymore; as suddenly as it happened, it was over. That was the Shift, a click of the mouse. I had to finally take control of my life. All that toxicity, which I had been holding in my energy body for, perhaps many lifetimes, was gone forever. Wow, thanks to my guides and everyone that participated.
October 23, 2010 – Now comes the good part, the reward of seeing the changes. I had signed up for an online webinar with Ronna Herman. Of course, I was a bit unsteady after the Shift and odd things were happening. I logged into the webinar and listened to the whole thing before I realized I was listening to the replay from the month before, but apparently I needed a review. I was able to hear the replay of this month’s webinar on Sunday. Much more clearing occurred for me during and after the class and I began to fill the space that was cleared, with light.
October 25, 2010 – I decided that after I wrote this article I would forward a copy to Lynne, just to let her know that she was instrumental in inspiring me to desire personal change, which I accomplished. Even though I didn’t know her, I wanted to tell her.
October 27, 2010 - I opened my e-mail and began to read the first one:
Dear Wendy,
….. I was the 10-10-10 (I was the blonde woman with the accent who acted as Master of Ceremonies for Tyb from the Saturday onwards). Did you enjoy the live feed?
I had e-mailed Lynne awhile back asking her about listing my book on Star*Quest Publishing, Ronna Herman’s site. She had been following up on my request. I replied, telling her I was in the process of writing this article. We ended up chatting and making a lovely connection. Talk about synchronistic events, what is more fun than that!
If you ask me what the physical changes that occurred which defined my Shift I would list them as follows:
• I am calm, serene and gracefully approaching all that I do.
• I have a much more lucid connection with my guides and Higher Self. I can audibly, in a whisper, hear them.
• I was inspired by Ronna Herman’s channel of AA Michael to start sharing the information that I am receiving and to view it as a means of World Service. I know now that that message was meant for me and that my writing is part of that process of getting information to others who it might be inspired by my words, just as I have been by others. My thanks to Ronna and AA Michael.
• I am in the early stages of planning presentations related to my Conscious Human Evolutionary journey.
• I am realizing the importance of what I am doing; holding the light so that others will know there is a light.
• I notice that minor muscle pain I have experienced for years has almost disappeared.
Life really is good and all really is well!
The Garden of Eden
There is a world where life is good and all is well and it is right here on earth. It exists beyond a thin, transparent veil of conscious perception that, in spite of its fragility, has power greater than a thick lead wall to those who live within it. We, who reside outside the veil, walk amongst you and appear to be quite ordinary at times and at others very unusual. Most of you do not know that we’re different, but we recognize one another through our feelings and vibrations. We live in the everyday world, but ours is a magical land of beauty, synchronicity, pleasant surprises and friendly folk. We exist on many different economic and social levels, but what we do have in common is that in our world, life is good and all is well.
I’m not speaking of a fantasy place on another planet or in a different time; I’m talking of right here and right now. We live in a wonderful rapidly evolving world, full of fascinating people and places, but we must drop the veil of illusion which we have grown to accept and learn to see life as it really is. Do you think that in an infinite and abundant universe, inhabited by enlightened, intelligent beings, a beautiful place such as the Earth would be created so that humans could suffer? Of course not, we have fashioned our world and taken a few wrong turns, but the time has come for us, as luminous life forms, to get back on the journey we came here to experience.
Life is good and all is well; but only if you believe that to be so. I not only believe it, I know it and the reason I know it beyond a shadow of a doubt is because I live it and see it daily. I feel as though I am the luckiest person alive. Do you feel that way?
I exist with the purpose of lifting the vibration of others, by lifting my own. I am a light bringer, one of many, downloading an increased influx of higher vibrating energies into our world. Even in the most dismal times in my life, I always believed that everything would work out and it did. Today I know everything occurs seamlessly and each part of my life is just the way I would like it. Of course there is always room for improvement, always another book to write and continued personal growth, but now it is without struggle. I find there are few others who feel the way I do, but I have learned to maintain my state of mind or shall we call it vibration, in spite of my surroundings. So while people are bemoaning the economy, health issues, relationship problems and emotional upheaval, I am sailing on by in my world of happiness and peace. It might sound selfish to some, but the reality I have chosen does not include participating in the negativity of those around me and the culture in which I live.
We are all connected to everything in the Universe and beyond, so when one raises one’s vibration as much as possible, the vibration of everything else is lifted as a result. I exist with the purpose of lifting the vibration of others, by lifting my own. I have opted to participate in the formation of a new civilization where life is good and all is well. Anyone may join, but as in any culture, they must abide by the rules, with include keeping their thoughts and words positive, thereby keeping the vibration high. This is extremely important as we transition to the higher realms where thoughts may manifested very quickly, if not immediately, therefore, we must become impeccable both in our thoughts and our actions.
What do I mean by positive you may ask? I would have to answer, all that vibrates above the life-sustaining level, 200 on the Hawkins scale, and preferably above the 500 level of Love. Everything else we need not discuss or consider, for in doing so we are participating in that vibration. Instead we have faith, trust, knowing and flow and with that we invite into our reality, all that we require and desire. It is so simple that is the most overlooked essential part of our existence here on earth.
Life occurs seamlessly because we have an infinite supply of impeccable guidance available to us in the form of our intuition, perception and feelings. When we become aware by using our perception and then follow up by listening to our feelings, everything is as it should be and when we do not, we learn lessons. There is a channeled source of guidance available to each of us, a divine flow of energy from our higher selves and beyond, intended to help us through life’s situations which contain too many parameters for our rational minds to comprehend and piece together. Once you learn to take notice of this guidance and then go a step further and begin to listen to it, you will become aware that any resistance you might be experiencing will melt away and you will know what is appropriate for your life and your being.
When I refer to being, I am referring to the multi-dimensional self, the combination of all aspects of our existence; including physical, emotional, etheric and spiritual bodies as well as all the other aspects of us that are outside the scope of our rational understanding, both here on earth and on other planets, solar systems and dimensions. Dimensions can be large and expansive and stretch out to the far reaches of the universe and they may exist in realms that are smaller than our human mind can comprehend. I am not conscious of every lifetime I have lived, perhaps there have been hundreds, nor am I aware of every aspect of my multi-dimensional existence at the moment, but I have become aware of many things along the way. This knowing comes to me as I place my focus inward towards the essence of my being, allowing my higher conscious to expand. Answers to everyday questions, important life decisions and changes to belief systems are downloaded into my brain as they become necessary. It is so convenient.
Conscious Human Evolution, a process that involves re-evaluating beliefs on a continuous basis, is my primary goal in life. For example, occasionally I feel as though money might be tight, so rather than pinch pennies in such cases, I make a point of buying something that will enhance my life. It is important is not to become entangled in the mentality of scarcity. When it was announced we would no longer be getting a 401K match from the real estate company where I worked, I bought a beautiful pair of boots at Lord and Taylor the very same night. The thought in my mind as I left work that day wasn’t, what will I ever do if they are not matching my 401K, rather I followed what my heart when it told me to go spend some money. As a result, I find that all I require comes to me on a regular basis as I maintain the standard at which I choose to live.

Embracing Sacred Sovereignty
The Divine Path of Calibration

Greetings Beloved!I am Metatron, Lord of Light, and we welcome this gathering. We surround each of you in a specially created vector of Unconditional Love. A vector of nonlinear space that is uniquely opened as each of you read these words from your own space and chosen time.
The present phase of linear time on your planet is a uniquely opportune juncture for self-review and chosen solitude. Masters many of you, particularly those above the age of 49, the seventh 7 year cycle, find yourselves in a state of solitude, after spouses have passed, relationships terminated and marriage contracts have ended. And although this path is at times quite lonely, quite difficult and may feel ‘unnatural’ for many of you, it is with purpose. So we tell you to use this time wisely, embrace it. You are on the cusp of a great graduation.
Now there is a recurring message in many of your religious texts that says “For everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven”
Indeed there is a time for solitude. Divine Solitude is a noble condition, and one that offers quantum leaps in terms of growth, when understood, and recognized for its profound purpose.
You see the Divine-Self is ultimately, conclusively alone in its final pursuit of omnipotence.
In your terms, the soul enters the earth alone, and the spirit departs the earth alone. Ascended Masters that walk the Earth, have for millennia sought solitude in their incarnations before achieving Mastery. So it is with many of you now.
Dear Ones, Many of you who find yourself alone at this time, are of the belief that you must find a partner. Many of you seek your ‘soul mate’ your twin flame. Yet we tell you, in many cases among the advanced souls, you are alone because you have planned it. Indeed it is a special and noble undertaking. It is time for Divine Solitude.
Solitude for those seeking sanctified light, for those seeking, what is termed ‘consecrated enlightenment’ chose specific periods in their life plan, to be alone for a time. This does not mean you will always be in solitude, it simply means for a time you have chosen it to ‘work on the self’; to achieve self love. Among souls seeking Mastery, approximately one of every three or four lifetimes, is a lifetime chosen for solitude.
Loving the SELF is a Requirement
Love of self is a condition that many, especially those from Christian heritage, have lost. Christianity with its teachings of original sin taught you that you were flawed in your nature, that you needed forgiving. You spent lifetimes prostate asking forgiveness for who you are. You lost your sense of your divinity, and found it easier to give than to receive. Balance was forfeited.
Now, we tell you that as the Earth transforms to the new Crystalline Age, the nature of energy resonance and the dimensional grasp of the planet is expanded. There is a lessening of the influence of duality/polarity for those of you that choose to extend beyond the third dimension.
You may ask whether solitude or partnerships bring greater advancement to the soul. The question is timely and especially pertinent for many of you in the dawn of the Ascension.
The short answer is that both coupling and solitude have their divine purpose…. and we underline the word BOTH. Much is gained in being in committed loving relationship. This is the natural circumstance in most sojourns on the plane of Earth.
But Masters, we tell you that there is also great purpose also in solitude. It is in fact a requisite.
It is no error that great numbers of you on the finals steps of the path of enlightenment are alone in this period. Now is the prelude to the coming Ascension. If you are among these, we tell you that perhaps your solitude is appropriate. Perhaps it is as it should be. You see it is how many of you planned it.
Yet many of you feel that the loneliness is too much to bear and that you must pursue a partner…the elusive twin flame. Dear Souls, there is much confusion around the concept of the twin flame, the ‘soul mate’, and the role and nature of optimal partnership in Mastery of Self.
Solitude and Nondependency
Solitude is intended to be a period of sublime reverence of self. Your life and your experience in this plane is your own creation, your own living tapestry, woven by your individual belief. Within solitude, the soul is prompted into self-review, and opportunity is given to dive deeply into the deep waters that flow within you. To swim in the ocean of SELF, and in so doing rediscover the love within, to learn what a brilliant spark of God you truly are.
Relationships are a method of reflecting the affectivity of your belief system, and giving you feedback on what, simply stated, is working, and what is not. Detachment requires the individual to explore the self, to reacquaint with the inner horizon, and this facilitates and necessitates sovereignty. Sovereignty is the prepotency of Mastership.
A relationship of two sovereign nondependent humans has greater balance, greater creativity, and greater longevity than a pairing of two beings co-dependent on one another. Do you understand?
Ultimately each soul must clearly define SELF in order to gain Mastery. Self Mastery is embodied in periods of planned detachment. It is that period in which impeccability is crystallized. And we tell you Dear Ones, crystallization, through impeccability is a necessary phase of Self- Mastery. It is a calibrational juncture in the multidimensional sojourn. One enters the void, the great mystery in the quest for fortitude and sovereign vision, alone, without a shoulder to lean on. And in the process, one discovers sublime wholeness and self completion.
Do not misunderstand our meaning; there is great validity in coupling, in the natural aspect of soul mate. But conclusively one walks the path of Mastery in sovereign detachment.
One becomes enlightened when one learns to transcend the physical self. Each of you must endeavor to the final conquest of what we term as ‘impeccability’. Impeccability is the crystallization or uniform clarity of the soul, and it is a necessary virtue of Mastery. This involves release of dependency, the release of all that does not serve your divinity. It is a rebooting and reprogramming of all you are.
We have told you that the language, the fabric of higher dimension is sacred geometry. Impeccability is the geometric clarity of the soul mind. By defining oneself through impeccability one becomes crystalline, and thus more capable of Divine Consciousness within the geometric light of coherent higher planes. It is only accomplished by deciding who you are, what you believe, and then living it. Recognizing your truths, and aligning fully to them.
Question to Metatron: Are you saying that loving relationships, such as marriage, are not our ultimate union?
AAMetatron: Remember that in the highest realm you are in sacred Oneness, each a part of the Divine One. So in terms of duality experience, the answer to your question is yes. In this context, YES! Masters, in highest reality, you are a unified plural consciousness.
Relationships in the linear duality experience are a means to the end. We are saying that loving relationships are a sacred, joyful tool of achieving Self Mastery, but that ultimately in each soul’s journey; there is requisite ultimate growth into sovereignty. The sovereign self is a sufficient self & truly has no dependent need of another. Such conceptual dependency can be a deterrent to Mastery.
In truth you merge in sovereignty with your other half. The other part of your soul that separated in duality expression. Each of you have a male and female component, and the other half is re-merged in the Integral Divine Self before rising into higher realm.
Many of you consider a soul mate and twin flame the same. Only the syntax is in parity. The true meanings are different. The twin flame is the other half of the same soul, split in duality, and these are rarely in physicality together. The ‘soul mate’ is in our terms, another soul with whom you have contracted to grow together within physical duality, as a means of development and exploration of love with another soul. Movement toward common purpose.
The seeming paradox in linear relationships, that of the ‘soul mate’ concept (not the twin flame) is that a relationship of two non-dependent sovereign beings, has greater joy, greater balance, greater interface with the divine, greater opportunity for advancement than a relationship based on co-dependence. Do you see?
In this time, in this now, many of you are actually merging with your etheric (non-physical) twin flame, and molding your sacred fullness into one physicality in order for you to enter the crystalline realm in wholeness. In most cases this soul reconnection is accomplished in solitude or in sovereign non dependent relationships.
So we say embrace your chosen period of SOVEREIGN SOLITUDE, it is the sign of your souls intent to enter into Crystalline Mer-Ka-Na Mastery.
The Divine Feminine
We add that many who are in this life, of the female gender, have chosen particularly effacious roles in the balancing of the planet at this time. Is it not true that the planet has been imbalanced in an overage of patriarchal energies for millennia? That is why it would appear that a vast majority of those drawn to the ‘New Age’ are female, you see, to anchor in the Divine Feminine. Females have been conditioned and labeled in your current paradigm as the ‘weaker sex’. Nothing could be farther from the truth!
Many of the females, who find themselves now in single status, are conditioned to feel they must have a partner. Again, we say, embrace your solitude. You chose it, we honor you for the path you have chosen.
The ideal for the planet, is not to be female or male, rather a perfect balance of BOTH, but it is at the moment still in an imbalance of patriarchal resonance. We honor those of you in female biology, you’re strength is indeed progressing in creating the nurturing balance.
Truly the over-soul is androgynous, self-contained. Self-sufficient. That does not mean that love is not the frequencial basis of the soul, indeed it is the highest vibration. It is the resonance that is produced by the Ascended Soul to the Cosmos, and reflected back as a collective harmonic of crystalline love. There is a time when those of you have played the role of soul mates, will individualize, and in your terms, part in joy. The evolved soul in achieving omnipotence, will become consummately self sufficient, and in so doing radiate spectacular unconditional love to ALL. That is as it should be, as it must be. It is how you Ascend.
Embracing Sovereignty
The final graduation of the soul is not done in pairing, you see. It is done within the Divine SELF in universal harmonic to the All that is. Do you understand? This is the activation of Self to the divine resonance of the Quantum Crystalline Field. Separation must osmatically occur before the final collective reunion, it must occur to allow for the final coalescence into the ALL THAT IS.
It is who you ARE. It is the IAM that I AM.
Our point here, is that if you find yourself in Solitude, recognize its purpose. If you are in a relationship refine it in beauty to the greater love of non-dependence. You will indeed discover the love expands and the relationship becomes more splendid in non dependency; just as you are discovering relationships of co-dependency are imbalanced one way streets, and fail.
In sovereignty humanity will see themselves in this framework as being ‘whole’ and not being their partner’s property or someone’s ‘better half’. Each will bring their integral, whole SELF in fullness, in robust flow of energy into relationship, in a manner that often does not occur today. There are pre agreed points that allow for freedom of choice and for change, even if that change is to end the partnership. In sovereignty individuals share their best, without compromise of ideals. Each will recognize the divinity of the other, and retain the integrity of SELF.
They will afford their own promises, promises and choices of a new paradigm, but there will be avenues and opportunities of adjustments and the ability of reviewing terms. This will allow for greater recognition of the SELF. These will be designed to prevent energy blockage and reduce dysfunctional marriages and divorce complications and lawsuits, you see.
Some relationships in these terms will indeed last a lifetime, some will not. But the archetype of sovereignty will better support both, based on choice and mutual agreement of each individuals terms. And as such independence becomes joyful , devoid of one partner being dominant and imposing their beliefs, morality and will over another.
Humankind, in mass today, truly does not recognize or understand their soul, their divine SELF. Self is unfortunately regulated to the realm of ego personality by the masses. It is true that a higher degree of the light quotient is awakened on the planet now, than has occurred at any other time, but it is still only about 10% of the population of eight billion plus that has awakened. That is a sufficient number to bring about the Ascension, but much has yet to be done.
Religion in the New Paradigm
Religion in the new paradigm, must be individualized, must truly recognize the nature of SELF the nature of the DIVINE SOUL. None of your world religions truly answer these questions today. None of your religions answer the questions of mans true Cosmic Extra-Terrestrial multi-dimensional origins. And that must come to understanding in the new paradigm. None of your current mainstream religions can accurately and completely express the true history of man on the earth. As such, there is no one true religion on the planet today. Most are bought and sold on preset regulated templates. Each claim to know the path to God, to be able to lead the way to God, yet none truly do. Each has its dogma, each has its hierarchy and controls.
Man searches for GOD more fervently now than at any other time in on the planet, and so this seeking in itself has the potential to bring in the light. Few religious teachers are true teachers, scholars perhaps, but not true teachers, you see. Others are charlatans, even within metaphysics and the so called ‘New Age’. Few who make claim to channel Ascended Masters or Angelics truly do.
Discernment
When integrity is not maintained the connection to true spirit is disconnected, and all who are human are subject to fall in and out of integrity. Truly the way in the Ascension is the ability of each soul to rise into his/her higher self. Look inside and find your own divinity within your heart. Not through blindly following a guru, evangelist, channeller or spiritual leader, but through SELF. Accept only what you discern individually to resonate as true, Dear Ones, and do not give your power to another. Each of you can and must channel your higher selves. Study, look, listen, discern, review and only accept what resonates within you.
The way to the divine, Masters, is through the sacred sovereignty of SELF, and in the Ascension, the way to the higher SELF is through self-definition, and seeking that aspect of God inside each of you, with the great desire that is embedded in each of your souls. Study, seek, and work ! There is little hope for the lazy. You are here to make known the unknown ! Work at it ! Be a warrior of light within duality, for the true battles are within for self mastery. The path is not easy. But within Self Mastery lies an energy so exquisite that it fuels all you require to move forward, and there is another level above each you ascend to. Consciousness ever expands.

Discover your path. Discover yourself. Love yourself, love one another, love the divinity inside you and inside every one ! Discover the multidimensional aspects of your true Soul. That is the nobility of solitude.
And thought the path is at times quite difficult and lonely , know that such is the challenge of duality, for above, you are whole, and lack no thing. In the higher realm, Masters, you are in your sacred nature of integral wholeness, in complete and abundant bliss.

Do Something Different

If we desire different results, we must do something different. This implies that we are creating outcomes by what we do, and what we do is driven by what we think and believe. Assuming we do create our own reality, it follows that if we remain unchanged our reality will remain the same, but this is not the case. The world around us changes constantly, therefore if we continue to do the same thing over and over and think similar thoughts, never changing them, we are not really remaining the same, but rather we are refusing to accept change and by doing so are creating difficulty and resistance in our lives.
It is very modern and sounds extremely quantum to presume that we create our own reality, but how does it work that we impress our thoughts on the formless substance from which reality is created? The truth is that we are not creating anything, everything already exists. Energy brings forth vibration, the type of which depends on the frequency of the vibration. When we choose our thoughts and beliefs as the basis of our actions we are determining with which instance of vibration and energy we will resonate. There exists in the universe, infinite vibrations producing an unending amount of energy; therefore anything can happen and the possible combinations of thoughts, choices and actions of every living creature that has ever existed, or will exist, on every part of the planet, solar system, universe and all the dimensions outside of our own, make the number of realities that might exist beyond rational comprehension.
Yes, we are influenced by everything, even though we are not aware of every aspect of our multidimensional reality. We have no idea what our 7th dimensional self is doing at the moment or how our 5th dimensional self is feeling. We cannot see rays of energy passing though our environment and our bodies and we do not always know of other beings that are sending us love and light from other star systems. What we can do is increase our awareness about what we think, believe and do, thereby striving to raise the vibration of our own energy and existence here on earth and in the universe. Each one of our cells contains the blueprint of our being and they return to us what we give to them, since they are us. Our little cells live each day, as do we, and are influenced by us, just as we are by our environment so we must take care of the messages we send because what they create will come back to us. What you give is what you get, what goes around comes around; the love you take is equal to the love you make. It’s all up to you to determine the reality in which you live your life.

Each of us is required to determine what changes are necessary in our unique, particular lives to bring us to heaven on earth. Start small, make tiny changes and begin to see the results, for many small changes add up to larger ones and new and exciting realities. Remember, you are safe and you are loved.

Consciousness

A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by the thought. Everything which exists is formed and defined by the thinking substance which fills the inter-spaces of the universe. We call it consciousness. It is driven by our thoughts to become reality. It is the stuff from which our thoughts are created and take form. When we ask what consciousness is, the reply must be that it is all that is not our reality, all which does not exist and it is that which defines all that does exist. Consciousness is infinite. It is only our awareness of it that increases, allowing us to experience spiritual evolutionary growth. All by which I am defined, is all that I am not.
Quantum physicists enjoy breaking down matter to the smallest possible particle; which might not even be the smallest there is, but only the smallest our current technology allows us to recognize. No matter how minutely we break down what we call matter, there will always be something surrounding it; giving it form and, what we call, existence. When these particles are combined in different ways, by the intelligent consciousness which surrounds them, objects of matter are created. This is how we have tables, people, trees, cars, animals and everything else which we have defined as existing in our world and in our consciousness. That which does not exist we callnothing. However, by defining and acknowledging nothing, we are validating its existence. The undefined space, which we label as meaningless nothingness, that surrounds and permeates through particles of matter is actually what gives form and life to everything. It is “The Force” that the Jedi’s revere in Star Wars, and rightly so.
What makes us what we are? I don’t mean our personalities, but why am I sitting here at a computer typing? I am a collection of particles, atoms and molecules that is held together by…? I am held together by nothing and nothing works perfectly. All the space that surrounds every unit of the matter that forms me is what holds me together. The intelligent nothingness which gives me life is all around me and flows through me. Yoda was right.
It has also been shown in Quantum physics labs that electrons, our source of energy and light, jump from one orbit to another. This may seem uneventful at first mention; however, there is more to the story. When the electrons jump from one orbit to the other they don’t pass through space to do so, they only start in one orbit and then appear in another. Where do they go in between? They go nowhere and that is where they energize. Nowhere is where there is nothing and that is where the source of light and life resides.
Having said all this we can now see how silly it is for us to call the source of our life force energy nothing and have it reside nowhere. We are so determined to view and define our existence in absolute terms that we have virtually cut ourselves off from the source. How did this happen? When we began to think as rational beings we had to disregard everything that couldn’t be explained logically; a system of accepted wisdom which grew from fear and an attempt to control life as much as possible. Prior to this, people were aware of the forces in life which could influence and affect transformation. Ooops, did I just define magic? The “M” word is like a weed. We try to stamp it out, but it always grows up between the cracks. We try to cheapen it by reducing it to a form of show business, but then along comes Harry Potter and we can’t stop people from loving the idea of magic.
Magic is part of life. When I can smile at someone and transform his or her face into a smiling one, it’s magic. Transformation is part of life. Nothing, as we call it, is magic and that is what gives us form. The problem is that it is difficult to control people when they become aware that transformation is possible. When people become aware that they have the power to change their lives by changing the way they think, they are then in a situation where they are able to choose their own belief systems, realize their own power, discover they can heal their body, mind and spirit, rise above the system which has taken control here on earth and decide to be happy. It is then and only then that the control, by the dark forces, that has enslaved us, ends.
When you’re happy, you’re energized, vitalized and you know that what they call nothing is more real than what we call something. When you feel a balance between the seen and the unseen, the real and the unreal, something and nothing, you create a state of wellness, for it is then that the life force energy which sustains you can flow through you freely. Being happy is the way to create this balance. It’s that simple, so go for it. Smile and be happy NOW!!!

Reiki for the New Age
Reiki is defined by some as a relaxation technique that promotes healing, but to me it much more. It is an integral part of my everyday life and a source of my well-being. Reiki was re-discovered in the 1940 in Japan, but I will not go into detail about the history of Reiki since it is well documented on many web sites. Instead I would like to point out why I say Reiki was re-discovered. Reiki has always existed, but has resurfaced at a time when it was required by humanity, not only in Japan in the 1940′s, but during the present time when the earth is going through significant changes. Accelerated Conscious Human Evolution and Ascension processes are occurring unlike any we have seen in our recorded history. Reiki is welcome as a tool to assist in these processes as well as in daily living here on earth.
Reiki is a concentrated flow of Life Force Energy that vibrates at a level which can positively affect energy and break up concentrations of lower vibrating energy. It is directed through the intention of a person whose has been attuned to Reiki energy and whose conscious purpose is to give or send Reiki energy. Reiki has infinite intelligence of its own and is drawn to where it is required. It will raise the vibration of a person, event or object, does not deplete the person channeling it and there is an unlimited supply. Reiki can be invoked at any time and used for any purpose.
Whatever the situation, Reiki can always be applied. If you want to send Reiki to a person and you are not able to ask them first, you can connect with their higher self and ask if it is appropriate to send Reiki energy. You may also send them Reiki as an offer that may be accepted or not. Trust you feelings in such situations and honor what message you receive.
Use a pendulum or muscle testing to determine if the person’s higher self or even their conscious self is receptive to Reiki energy. I personally believe that anyone would want the energy, but we must honor others. This post is charged with Reiki. I hope you feel it and have been lifted higher.

What You Do Matters
We all have a moral standard by which we live, a set of cultural and self-created rules that determine our behavior and beliefs. This standard varies from person to person and sometimes adheres to the rules of society and occasionally does not. For example, the traffic light may be red, but you speed on through anyway. Any number of thoughts occur in your brain as you willingly break the law of society that demands that you stop at a red light, but you decide, that in this particular instance, you are going to make your own rule and set your own standard. After all, you are in a hurry and the light barely just changed anyway and you actually saw it turn orange so that should count for something and basically you are more important than the other drivers and too bad if they don’t like it, you need to get where you are going.
This scenario is an everyday occurrence in which, I would venture to say, most of us have participated, at one time or another and definitely witnessed frequently. The danger in these types of thought processes, however, is that, over time, they become habits and eventually lead to unwanted results, such as tickets or accidents. The issue here is not running a red light, but lowering your standards. Once you begin to slack off on one aspect of your life and then another, very soon you will begin to wonder why your life is not going well.
Of course we all know this, but what we are beginning to realize in this age of Conscious Human Evolution us that, in addition to the inconsideration we might have for others, we are acting against ourselves, but there is also a more global or universal view of the integrity, as I call it. It matters what you do, because when enough people behave a certain way, the entire human population is affected or as some call it, the 100th Monkey Phenomenon; that is when enough monkeys start washing their bananas with water, they all, through a sort of telepathic connection with their species, adopt that behavior.
Of course we see this happen all the time in the human population, in good ways and some not so good. The idea that eating healthy is better for one’s health started with a small number of people and now has spread to the general population. There is an epidemic of un-wellness in countries where people consume processed food and food grown un-naturally. When I lived in Belize the people used to say that we Americans were unhealthy because we do not eat fresh food and they were right. Processed food is very expensive in that country and most people cook their food every day using fresh ingredients.
I have lived on the Earth long enough to remember a time when it was unusual for someone to become ill and people lived long and healthy lives. It was in the 1960’s when TV dinners, soda and burger joints became the vogue, and then the norm, that the stage was being set for what we have today. That coupled with environmental pollution, stress and, most importantly, a belief that it is normal to become un-well has created the situation we have today where health care, or as my Dad called it, Health Scare is the most important issue in people’s lives. I call it Illness Care since there is less attention to health and more to treating illnesses with substances that will cause more problems than not.
But perhaps we had to create this mess to learn how to prevent it from happening again. Each day more and more people are opening their minds to alternative healing, recognizing that most un-wellness is only an imbalance in the individual that can be corrected by clearing the blocked energy causing the distress and changing one’s belief systems. Yes folks that is the wave of the future, realizing that you are what you think and you think what you believe, therefore there is only one thing left to do and that is change your beliefs. Change to what, you might ask? That is for you to discover, that is your responsibility and your purpose in this lifetime. You must re-evaluate your truth by being totally honest with yourself and putting the demands of others aside. There is no more time to waste. The evolutionary process is happening so rapidly that if you procrastinate on this one you will feel it, as they say in Belize.
The time has come to hop aboard, do something different, try something new, be nice, be kind, be generous, stop when the light turns red and realize that if you try to get somewhere before you are meant to be there you are missing your cue and it throws off everything. I used to leave for work at 10AM to arrive at 10:30AM and usually got there about 3-5 minutes late, worrying the entire way that I would be late, thinking up possible excuses for my boss and feeling ashamed that I wasn’t there on time. One day I decided to start leaving 10 minutes earlier and lo and behold I arrived on time or a few minutes earlier; I was relaxed and happy the entire day as a result and I realized that the 10 minutes I thought I was saving was costing me quite a bit, if I can place a value on my state of calmness throughout the day.
Treat yourself to an amazing journey into the new cycle of humanity that we have already entered. Life as we know it will change and you can either go with the flow or fight the current. No sense in asking you which you would choose now, is there?
